NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS

 

All complaints in the field of non-performance or improper performance of the training service can be reported via the complaint form sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@g4bim.pl, by post to the address of the group4bim Krzysztof Knapik ul. Królewska 57, 30-081 Kraków, as well as in person at the headquarters of the Training Organizer within 10 days from the date of completion of the training.

 

What should the complaint contain?

 

The complaint should contain the following data:

  • Marking the participant or reporting - name, surname, correspondence address, email address, contact telephone,
  • Subject of complaints,
  • Indication of the facts justifying the complaint.
  •  

Time for considering the complaint

 

Complaints are considered by the Organizer within 14 working days of it is receipt. The entity submitting the complaint will be informed about the method of considering the complaint in the form in which the complaint was submitted. The training organizer reserves the right to leave the complaint unrecognized if it is received late or contains significant deficiencies that hinder its consideration.

 

Positive consideration of the complaint

If the complaint is found to be justified, the Organizer of the service, the company Krzysztof Knapik Grupa4BIM, depending on the circumstances contained in the complaint, will offer:

 

  • repetition of the service or its part,
  • the use of complementary individual online help.
